SAFETY

More than a catchphrase

Safety First

We realize that consistent attention and dedication to safety on a daily basis truly values the most precious asset at Kinkaid Civil: Our people and their families. Kinkaid’s ultimate goal is for our employees to return home safely each day. We strive to reduce workplace accidents and injuries by keeping our employees aware of safety protocols, providing training for them and discussing ways to improve our safety programs. Our incredibly low EMOD, minimal DART and zero fatalities are proof of our commitment to safety.

Our safety manager, Ricardo Romero, analyzes each project and develops a Job Specific Safety Plan tailored to the specific needs of each project. He also oversees jobs on a regular basis to ensure adherence to safety protocols and practices. Ricardo maintains an Open Door Policy which allows employees to approach the management team if the need arises.
