Field Engineer

Job Description

Our Field Engineers are liaisons between the project managers and field teams, who are responsible for assisting the project team with the management and administration of the project(s) to which they are assigned. The variety of duties requires that the Field Engineer be organized, detail-oriented, a quick learner and an effective communicator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Structures Takeoffs
  • RFQ’s/Material Buyout
  • Overseeing Subcontracts/PO’s
  • Submittals & RFI’s + updating project logs
  • Assisting with Change Orders
  • Field Quantity & Schedule Tracking
  • Material Delivery Schedule and Coordination
  • QC: Schedule & Coordinate Testing & inspections
  • Traffic Control Plans
  • Permits
  • Job Closeouts (O&M’s & Warranty Letter)
  • Assist PM’s and Estimators as required with various tasks

Qualifications/Skills Required

  • Basic Computer Skills
